PERSONAL STATEMENT/ Experience and Achievements

 Social studies and Human relations background, with experience in Administration and People management.

An experienced and passionate Learning Disabilities Support worker, whose main aim, is to support the well-being and social inclusion of people living with learning disabilities, working closely with psychologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, social workers and general practitioners.

Focused on ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all individuals is of the highest possible standards.

Mobolaji is committed to the development of self and others while expressing an excellent ability to organise people and processes towards the achievement of set goals and objectives.

Mobolaji is a self-motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication skills and can work under pressure to meet deadlines and becomes more resourceful as a team player.

Within the past twelve years, Mobolaji have worked within the healthcare and supported housing sector in various settings and in different rolls. He was able to progress from care assistant to support worker, assistant manager, service manager and registered service manager.

In his previous role as Registered Manager, he managed two settings, one registered care service and one supported living service with a contract value of a little less than a million pounds (£1000,000), with two assistant managers, 12 service users and twenty-nine (29) support staff..

Both teams were nominated, shortlisted and awarded the 2018 Buckinghamshire County Council

Dignity Awards under the “sustainability category”.

Mobolaji Has a clear understanding of CQC requirements, contract requirements and organisational

policies and procedures which he has shown commitment to work in line with, whist developing Local Service specific policies and procedures that give the staff teams clear guidance and

directions and effective communication.
